Overview

The School of Natural and Computational Sciences integrates disciplines within the sciences and mathematics, alongside emerging programs and certificates in fast-growing areas such as environmental and data science. This constellation positions PVAMU to lead in high-impact research at the
intersection of computation, the life sciences, and environmental systems. Faculty within the School of Natural and Computational Sciences collaborate on pressing challenges such as environmental security, biomedical discovery, and data-driven analysis, supported by shared research facilities and transdisciplinary grant opportunities.
